Qualification: Bachelor& s degree with MBA (Preferably grass root levels)
Experience:7-12 Years
Objective:To Handle Accounts and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, manage and monitor the Operational activities of all defined functions.
  • Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company
  • Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of service. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Provide technical support where necessary.
  • Ensure Daily Morning meetings with the team to discuss the operational plan for the day
  • Discuss with the reporting Manager, the daily stats and ways to improve the same
  • Cap Plan for the day and plan for the month
  • Highlighting challenges, defining & implementing mitigation plans
  • Relationship management with the clients / partners (Daily/Weekly monthly calls)
  • Create & discuss Monthly reports for review with the CEO
  • Undertake, Coordinate & Supervise training periodically as defined
