Experience:0-5 Years
Objective:To Handle Accounts and Finance
Should have good written and verbal communication skills, Must be customer oriented person, with basic medical understanding.
Job Role:
Prompt response to customer inquiries through chat, Agent should follow all the process orders, forms, applications and requests, keep records of customer interactions including record details of inquiries, comments

Skill set:
Good typing skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
Work Week:Staggering weekly off's
Shift Timings 24 hours round the clock services with 9 hours shift timings 7:00 AM to 4:00PM/08:00 AM to 05:00 PM/01:00 PM to 10:00 PM/10:00PM to 07:00 AM.
