Title: LMS Admin & Reporting Analyst - Learning & Development
Employment Type: FTC
Salary: 7-8 LPA

Overview - The LMS Admin & Reporting Analyst are administrators of LMS and data specialists who contribute to organizational improvement by gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, and introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process. They have excellent analytical and technical skills, in addition to a keen ability to determine specifications and standards for business reporting and maintaining data integrity. The L&D Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the L&D data processes and identifying areas for improvement. The analyst designs and documents daily, weekly, monthly reports and helps identify trends in historical reports.


Manage the internal LMS system administration role which includes assign, query management, issue/concerns and reporting of the course completion. Perform admin tasks on LMS like adding courses, assigning courses, running reports, managing user and user groups etc.
  • Prepare and build reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported and be able to quickly provide details about data and analyses for L&D interventions.
  • Provide summary documentation on the acquired results of the analysis
  • Works with internal teams to automate or streamline data collection processes
  • Manage any change requests related to data or data collection
  • Leverages tools, such as Excel and google sheets to drive efficient analytics
  • Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
Skills Required:
  • 3+ years' experience doing Data/reporting analysis.
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel/Google sheets to create formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables, graphs, macros and charts
  • Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis, solid quantitative aptitude, and the ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
  • Experience working with HR/organizational people data preferred (e.g. headcount, turnover, L&D metrics, and other people analytics)
