About the position:

As an HR Operations Specialist you will be responsible for executing all HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team, across all HR service categories. This role requires emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct Employee Orientation and Joining formalities
Monitor internal HR systems and databases
Address employees’ queries
Leaves and Attendance Management
Payroll Management
Managing incentives, reimbursements as and when required.
Coordination with bank executives for opening of bank accounts and updating the same in the system. Responsible for Insurance, Mediclaim and Sodexo cards
Salary negotiations and post selection activities such as issuing letters related to Offer, Appointment, Address Proof and Relieving.
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Employee engagement
Maintain and update personal database of each employee
Performance Management
Employee grievance handling
Exit formalities
Responsible for Full and Final settlements
The kind of people we look for:
4 to 7 years of experience as HR Operations or similar role
Good knowledge of labour laws
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Should have team management skills
Skills required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and self-motivated
Should be able to prioritize tasks
Strong knowledge on MS Office
