Qualification: Bachelor& s degree with Nursing / Dietician
Experience:1-5 Years
To handle consultations over a telephone or through video conference calls
Job Role:
  • Make outbound calls to registered clients/employees and give health related counselling.
  • Answer phone calls from patients across India about their health issues, give OTC Medication and home care advise.
  • Provide information on all health related topics.
  • Advise caller to a proper medium of consult.(Audio, Video, Email)
  • Help in coordinating seamless consultations between patient and doctor.
  • Responsible for maintaining day to day reports of all the services.
  • They are the spoc for all the TCC and CSC operators.
  • Responsible for maintaining doctor’s timings on the respective service portals based on the Team roster.
  • Facilitate the process of consultation on ask Apollo software, by helping Medical Administrator and patient.
  • Take Customer feedback, on the services availed.
  • Skill Set:

  • 6 days a week
  • Rotational Off (not fixed)
  • Shift Timings:
    9 Hrs break shifts. (Between 7 am to 8 pm
