Job Description
1.Interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
2.Need to work in the inbuilt tool (CRM tool).
3.Handling customers queries and providing response via phone. 
4.Follow up calls to the patients.
5.Receive Regular feedback from the team members.
6.Qualification - B.sc, M.sc freshers / Life science back ground can walkin for the interview.
7.Language efficiency : English, Hindi and Bengali
8.Work timing : 9 - 6.30 pm.
9.Working Days : 5 Days; Every alternate saturdays will be working.
